Billing Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Pinocchio Collectibles accepts a range of secure payment methods available at checkout. Available methods may vary based on your location and are displayed on the checkout page.

2. Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the total amount of the order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. Authorization does not equate to a completed charge until the order is confirmed.

3. Order Charges

Your card will be charged when the order is confirmed. All charges appear on your billing statement under a descriptor associated with Pinocchio Collectibles or its payment processor.

4. Taxes

Sales tax may be applied where required by law. Tax amounts are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

5. Payment Errors

If you encounter an issue during checkout, please try again or contact your payment provider. If the problem persists, please reach out to our support team.

6. Fraud Prevention
