Order Processing

All orders placed at CardCorner.shop are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Our team carefully inspects and packages every collectible before shipment to protect its condition.

Handling Time

1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Order Cut-Off Time

2:00 PM CST (GMT-05:00). Orders placed after cut-off will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a package has shipped, address changes may not be possible. Additional charges may apply for reshipment of returned packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package appears lost or arrives damaged, please email contact@pinocchiocollectibles.shop with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will investigate promptly and coordinate a resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Pinocchio Collectibles primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping is offered on selected items, applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
