- Sealed collectible trading card products with manufacturing defects.
- Items damaged during transit.
- Incorrect items shipped due to fulfillment errors.
How to Request a Replacement

We'll offer a replacement or full refund based on availability and the situation.
Non-Covered Issues
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal collectible imperfections such as minor centering variations, small edge printing marks, or minor surface texture common to trading card production.
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.
- Cosmetic variations to sealed packaging that do not affect product integrity.
- Value fluctuations or expectations regarding rarity, pulls, or resale value.
- Third-party grading results, since grading is determined by independent companies.
Collectible Product Notes
Collectible trading cards may exhibit natural manufacturing variation. Sealed products protect only the outer packaging condition, not the specific randomized contents inside. Pinocchio Collectibles does not guarantee specific inserts, autographs, parallels, or memorabilia pulls.
