Tracking Not Updating?

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan and update the status. If your tracking remains unchanged after several business days, contact us with your order number so we can help.

Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received?

  1. Check with household members and neighbors.
  2. Look for the package in safe drop-off locations near your address.
  3. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation.
  4. Contact the carrier directly for delivery details.
  5. If the package cannot be located, contact us at contact@pinocchiocollectibles.shop so we can assist further.
