Pinocchio Collectibles offers wholesale opportunities to qualified retailers, hobby shops, and businesses interested in purchasing collectible trading cards in volume. Our wholesale program is designed to give partners access to curated inventory from popular categories including basketball, soccer, baseball, football, Pokémon, Panini, Topps, and Magic: The Gathering.

Wholesale Eligibility

To qualify for our wholesale program, applicants should meet the following general criteria:

• Operate a legally registered retail or e-commerce business in the United States.
• Sell collectible, hobby, or trading card products (or related categories).
• Provide business verification documents upon request.
• Agree to our wholesale terms and product allocation guidelines.

Application Process

2. Provide requested business verification information.
3. Our team will review your inquiry and follow up within a reasonable time.
4. Upon approval, a quote and available inventory list will be shared.

Minimum Order Quantities & Pricing

Minimum order quantities and wholesale pricing are determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account product category, availability, and current market conditions. Certain highly allocated or limited-release items may have restricted availability or additional requirements.

Availability & Allocated Products

Some products — particularly newly released or highly sought-after items — may be allocated by manufacturers. In such cases, we cannot guarantee unlimited access. Wholesale customers will be updated as allocations are confirmed.

Payment

All wholesale orders require payment in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be discussed during the ordering process.

Shipping

Wholesale shipments are packaged with care to protect product condition. Shipping costs are quoted per order based on volume, weight, and destination. Delivery timelines vary and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Returns & Damaged Shipments

• Wholesale returns are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
• Refunds or replacements will be offered where appropriate.

Resale Expectations

Wholesale partners are expected to represent products accurately and in a manner that respects manufacturer branding and trademarks. Products may not be misrepresented, altered without disclosure, or sold in violation of applicable laws.

Cancellations

Wholesale orders may be cancelled prior to fulfillment. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
